Searched around for an answer to this but didnt find it.
I came across the "do it yourself" build section and added the YHM fore end to my DSA ARM4. Came out great until a couple of weeks ago I added a vert grip to deal with heating problems. After a session or two the vert grip worked great but I noticed the extra torque had spun the YHM guard around a bit, I just twisted it back. But this was an obvious problem. I removed the vert grip but am wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem? YHM now offers fore ends with a no-turn feature but this obviously doesnt help me any.

Once you get it in position again you can have a machine shop drill and tap through the handguard into the barrel nut, the either countersink it or counterbore it for a shallow head socket head cap screw. If youhave a drill press at home and are handy you could do it there but I wouldn't try it by hand.
