You may also want to try www.cncguns.com  He makes and sells jigs for this project.  I have one and have used it to complete 5 80%ers so far, and it shows no signs of wear.

definatly a great tip. And justin has really fast shipping times. His Jig is also square and can be used for a 0% project. Very highly recomended
