If you had to pick a stripped lower from CMMG or Stag, what would you choose and why?

Personally I would get the CMMG. I like their logo and that is the only reason.
I have never liked the deer head and have paid more money for the exact same lower without it....Stupid I know, but that was my choice and I have to live with it..

Both have nice lowers. I like how Stag cleans up their forging slag and they look as clean as RRA lowers but I hate the logo. Both companies have great CS though so you can't go wrong. Get what will save you the most money.

Put some deer head mounts on your rec-room wall and that deer head logo becomes warm and fuzzy.

im not big on the deer head either but wouldnt pay a bunch more for another marking. I own a Noveske and Stag currently. CMMG is a cool logo though if your into that kinda thing

I think the deer is cool, YMMV.
RRA has a cool logo too. At this point is is all about asthetics. Cant really go wrong with any of them.
