I am looking at an upper on Gunbroker, I'm not sure if it is good value or not. It is almost exactly what I am wanting to build, but it is used, with approx 300 rounds down the pipe. Is this a decent deal? www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=71660044 |
It's seems like a pretty good deal. The sight base appears to be cut down, so it has a bayo lug...........cute, on a 24" barrel. The receiver is DPMS's target deal, with no port door, no brass deflector (hope your a righty), and no fwd assist. With the scope, Vera pod, BCG and CH. it's not a bad price at all. If that is what you are looking for, then i'm sure (if it is what he describes) it will do you well.

Do you mean that he has modified the gas block to accomplish this, or that it is not normal to see that on a bull barrel? |
