i built a stag arms lower and I want to keep the gun all stag arms. Which size upper should i get, 16" or 20"? I am shooting 100yds or less. I also plan on getting an eotech or aimpoint scope. Which size would be best for those? TIA!

At 100 yards or less you would not see any benefit in a 20" barrel. I would definitely go with the 16".
