hello, i am looking for a new barrel. i am wanting the lightest chrome lined barrel that i can find. i am thinking an 11.5 barrel with a 5.5 hider. this will be a blasting rifle with a lot of rapid firing. will a light weight chrome lined barrel handle this? any experiance with these? what would you recommend? thanks happyhuntr |
| Might I suggest, drop the 5.5 inches of nothing but weight and ugly on your pretty barrel. Get a 16' lightweight instead or HBAR fluted and increase drmatcially your one shot one kill ratio due to bullet fragmentation. Fragmentation seldom occurs in 11.5 in barrel shots. |
