Where should i be looking to find a local bead (NE Ill) blaster? I havent been able to find anything in the yellow pages. What kind if shops might have the capability to do this?
Thanks

You could check out autobody shops, some will have sandblasting cabinets.  Only problem might be when you tell them your blasting gun parts.

Did you look under machine shops? Or you might try some community colleges that have automotive or machinist curriculums.  The ultimate would be a gunsmiths school.

If you want to blast it before painting then you should use a Sandblaster not a bead blaster. The glass bead impregnates the metal with silica and the paint won't adhere well.
