Where can I buy a barrel extension with M4 feedramps (just the extension and not the barrel)?

Thanks

I have them, but I have fear of your intended use of it.
Please explain more so I can save you a lot of trouble if you were thinking about swapping out extensions...

I was going to come to with this project, but you are so behind I went with Kurt from Kurts Kustom Firearms.

Anyway, the project is to get an AK47 barrel and install an AR15 barrel extension on it so I can finally get a chrome-lined 7.62x39 barrel.  The chamber end measures at .905" so it can be turned down and treaded for the extension.  The only thing Kurt is concerned about is the area where the gas block will go.  Depending on the barrel (I don't have it yet), the gas block area might need a slip washer to make up the diameter.  He wants me to send him the barrel and barrel extension and he will do the rest.  He was looking at an AK barrel he has and said it shouldn't be a problem, but we shall see.

What is your thought on it?

No worries.

Sounds like Kurt has it under control just fine.

What's the plan gas port wise?
Does the AK barrel have a gas port already drilled in it?
Just weld it up and then drill one where it's required for the AR...

$20 for an LMT M4 extension.

The barrel doesn't have a gas port drilled yet, so I am lucky in that regard.  I will drop a USPS MO in the mail tomorrow.
