Anyone buy from them recently? I noticed they have DPMS lowers with 6 position stocks for around $210. But when I tried to do a little research on them I found that they were getting a ton of negative feedback a few years ago. I just wonder if they've cleaned up their customer service since then?

Anybody with any recent experience?

I've heard of bad experiences, but can't think of any specific cases. I'm a local and have dealt with them on site and had no issues at all.

Thanks for the info. I might try them out. Price seems decent.

And if something goes wrong you can just go down & kick some butt for me...

I dealt with them a few times and it was all good, although there was a "GG&G" part I bought several years ago that I'm not convinced is really GG&G and not a copy.

Some people have had some bad experiences with them though.  They used to have an account on here until they had a disagreement with a dissatisifed customer and told him to go fuck himself.  It was a perfect example of how -not- to do customer service.

Exactly the sort of issues I found with them via a quick google search. Doesn't seem like this was an isolated incident.

I noticed Del-ton is a site sponsor and also seem to have decent prices so I may send them my hard earned cash instead.

I have never used them online, but I was in the store the other day.  They have no stripped lowers in stock.  They do have completed rifles.  I have no complaints on their customer service, good prices.  I will go there first for my next rifle.

I ordered a M4 kit and a stripped lower online. Got my kit without all the parts, small stuff. Second shipment had some of the parts still missing, namely the carry handle. They gave me three weeks of bullshit to get my carry handle, they said they shipped it. Finally got in touch with the owner , that is who I guess he was and he sent me the damn thing. Nothing wrong with the rifle, they made the deal good but it was really a hassle. Finish to start took me 6 weeks, I would not buy from them again.

Thanks for all the feedback. Sounds like if I were in the area it would be worth stopping in but mail order just doesn't look to be their thing.

My dealer ordered a stripped DPMS lower for me from RGuns about 2 weeks ago. It showed up in about a week... no problems.

Ameetec still has their's on sale for $200.  You might give them a try.  They do advertise on the board.  I bought one and am very pleased.

I ordered my stripped dpms lower from them online and faxed my ffl.  The lower was at the house in 3 days.  I called on the phone and confirmed order.  No problems and the guy was polite on the phone.

I shot them an email about their DPMS 20" upper yesterday morning - the email was returned with my question answered by 1:00 PM. I might just have to order from them.
