Could anyone give me any information on bending a Gas Tube for a 20" rifle length.

They come pre-bent.

The one I bought from Brownell's is straight.It needs a slight bend at the barrel nut in order to fit into the receiver.
Thanks for the pix,that's exactly how mine needs to be bent.

If anyone can tell me how,it would be greatly appreciated.

You got a faulty part if it's not bent.
Send it back.

The only AR-15 type rifles with straight gas tubes are LMT MRP's and I doubt you have one of those.
