Here's the deal I've got two uppers and one lower and I'm getting tired of changing them out.
I can’t decide to get a DPMS or a RRA lower to go with the DPMS Lo Pro upper. What do you guys recommend?

What lower do you have now ?
These days they are all about the same....pick which roll mark you like best

I have built on RRA, Stag, and Superior Arms and am happy with all of them.

I've got a Double Star and I love it, but I can't get them local anymore.

I've had both, admittedy for a short time and sold them, but I would say there's no real difference.

I've spent a good bit of time helping my buddy (gunsmith/dealer) at the gun shows.  One thing I've seen, over and over and over, is when a fella decides to sell a used gun, he gets a much better price and moves it much quicker if it's all matching.  My recommendation is to buy a lower to match your upper.  In other words, from the same company.

Guns that do not match do not move at the shows, because folks are leary of them.  Also, most are not willing to pay extra for any sort of "aftermarket" stock, etc. that's been added to the weapon, including scopes.  So for the basic parts of a rifle that aren't easy to remove, keep them matching in the off chance you decide to or have to sell the weapon.

Just something to think about

Regards,

Dave

Thanks Dave, that helped me decide right there. I dont want to ever have to sell it but just in case I'll be like everyone else and want top dollar for it.
