How does the SOG Armory Vertical Grip compare in terms of quality to the GG&G vertical grip?

It is probably made in China. I would stay away from SOG. Their customer service sucks. I saw them at a local gunshow and they had a scope I was interested in. COuldn't tell me a damn thing about the scope. Called up a couple of weeks later and they cant find info on it and wont give me any info on the company that distributes it.

Rant off!

I don't like it. I've handled one and the soft outer covering twists all around the rest of the grip. It sucks. I have a GGG and the thing freakin rocks. Totally solid on my m73 rail, room for parts and/or batteries in the hollow....... Great piece of gear.

Thanks for the replies. I had a feeling it wasn't a good way to go. Ordered a GG&G a few days ago--glad I chose wisely!

I would stay away from those guys, I saw them at a show selling Cproducts SS mags for something like 34-35 bucks, that says a little something about them if you ask me.
