She's got a 20" Sabre Defence barrel (chrome-lined, 1:7, 5.56) on a CMT upper from PK Firearms with a LMT BCG, mated to a RRA lower with C Products mags.

Nice build and congrats.

My first build last year was an A2 rifle similar to yours except a different brand.

I know how it feels to wait for the last part of the build, I had to wait for my buffer tube extension spacer and I was done with mine.

I have all the brands that you used in separate builds except for the SDI, good component choice.

Let us know how the SDI shoots, I'm thinking of doing a Sabre build next time.

I was an AK guy, what can I say I'll come back with a range report as soon as I get her sighted in and run a good selection of loads through her.

Thanks! I'm in Albuquerque, NM. I just noticed you lived here too, might I ask where?

I'm not sure if I can wait to fire this thing until I can mail-order some bulk ammo, so I'm considering a trip to Sportsman's Warehouse for some .223 ammo and heading out to the city range today...
