Hmmm. Checked all 22 pages and no mention of the exact buffer LMT runs on them.

Well I dont know what the military puts in them but a H2 or H3 would work. Personal I would not use anything less than a H2. My $0.02

I think they're H buffers, least thats what I built mine with. I seem to remember reading they come with H buffers, and LMT offers one, so thats what I went with.
