What size (how many panels) Picatinny Rail Cover would I need to cover the rails on a MidLength 4 rail forearm?

What type of covers did you want to use. Knight? Magpull or tango down. Most are long 11in You can cut most down. I use Knight 11 rib and 6rib for my Mid lenth.
