I bought one of their upper kits just to see what the quality was like. Shipping was fast with everything packed nicely. All parts seemed ok and look like everybody elses stuff. Went together without a hitch and I havent had a malfunction yet (1K and counting). The only problem I had was with my arms #40 being canted which might be due to the rail on the upper being slightly out of spec. Fixed with a little help from a shim. Email replies were fast, friendly and informative. Before buying I asked who manufactured their parts and the response was: We use several manufacturers for our parts. | I have bought from JSE many times including twice in the last week. They seem to have the best prices available and I have yet to order an item that was out of stock. I always phone in my order and they are very courtious and efficient. Shipping is based by weight and is the fairest I have yet found and shipping is fast usually within 4-5 days. I would highly recomend JSE and happy to give them a well deserved plug. |

I have dealt with them many times and have always been very happy with their service. As other members have noted, they carry mostly common brand items. They have always been very prompt in shipping (same day or next day in every case), use good packaging, and have reasonable shipping charges. The one time they were out of stock on an item I ordered, it was shipped two days later at no additional cost to me. Any question I have ever posed to them by email was answered politely and promptly. Overall.....good folk. |

They were at the last gun show I went to and they had the best prices I found at the show on AR stuff. The more we bought the better deal we received. Like stated above mostly DPMS & wilson parts. Plus the upper I bought from them fit really tight and haven't had any problems with it. |

The best, bar none, that I have dealt with. Both in person and thru the mail. Speed of shipping is unbelievable, even around the xmas holiday IME. At the first show I ever dealt with them, I asked if they had some small lower part for sale. They didnt , but they started tearing open a blister pack of a complete lower to sell me 1 small part from(thereby ruining the op to sell the pack as a complete kit). I stopped them from that and spent a bunch of $$ on other stuff that day. And the prices are great, as mentioned. As to not carrying everything, just ask and they will get you a quote on anything. Not always the best price that way, but it dont cost nuttin to ask! Leaves me wondering why everyone cant do business this way. |
