[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best California Off-List lower

Hey – I want to build an AR. I live in CA so I need to get an off-list lower. I heard good things about Bushmaster and Rock River Arms. I want the best I can get – I don’t mind dropping extra cash. I want a tight fit and I want it to last long (no telling when there gonna make something illegal here!)
