i'm down to just choosing the barrel for my first ar/first biuld and would like some help. i'm thinking about the 16in M4 style bushmaster barrel http://www.bushmaster.com/shopping/barrel-assemblies/pbbl16m4a.asp . anyone used this barrel before? any other barrels worth mentioning? i like the M4 style, but i remember reading something about M4s having to have a different upper? i dont know, i'm fairly new to ARs so hang with me if my terms and information is wrong. anyways, my biuld so far is pretty much a mutt. stag lower, rra loer parts kit, stag 6pos buttstock, stag bolt and charging handle combo, and then some generic upper i bought at a gun show for $105. all suggestions welcomed *price is an issue, i'd like to keep it under $250 WITH shipping* |
