i am using a superior lower, RB Precision LPK and a RRA Upper half.  i find that i have to push the trigger forward after shooting to reset the FCG to fire the next round.  any ideas on what the problem is.  it seems like it is getting better with the more rounds i fire.  any help would be great.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Something is henky with the disconnector.
Look closely at how your disconnector spring is installed in the trigger.
You will need to knock out the fire control pins to detail strip the receiver.
The disconnector spring is larger on one end and the large end should be pressed into the recess in the trigger.
If you put it in there upside down, which seems to make sense if you did not know better, the spring will get compressed and caught down in the trigger.

usually just interference between the disco and the middle hammer hook, lube it and shoot it it might wear in or you can stone the surfaces lightly, follow Randall's checks first tho, could be something obvious.

As above, disco spring with the large coil inserted into the trigger slot.

Hammer spring installed with the front end under the hammer, and the legs forward sitting on the bottom of the receiver cavity.

Also, when you have the trigger out, dry fit the pin into the trigger, You may find a bur in the C channel trigger ends that may need to be knocked off, and don't forget to lube the parts before putting them back in.

And Tweak already beat me to the disco/hammer sears to ckeck for milling end burs   that may need to be removed for a clean release.

ok guys after a detailed stripping i found that i had somehow installer the hammer spring backwards.  i was not putting enough pressure on the hammer to clear the disconnector.  all is well now but thank you all for your fast replies.
