3-4 weeks ago i purchased a kit from J&T Distributing.  I heard they have really good service so after the 2nd week of nothing seeing a box out in front of my house I emailed them, i received no reply so after the 3rd week I wrote a second email.. i was wondering if anyone on this forum knew anything whats up with this.  I know my transaction went through because I printed out my receipt. thanks

I'd give them a ring.  I called them a week or two ago, and they were very helpful.  Try calling the order line and see if you can get the issue resolved there.  Maybe their email is down or is rejecting your particular address.  They're also going through some changes with their online site, so maybe that affected their email.

yea i called them early this morning and they said they had no order or recollection of my name. even though i have the receipt printed out and saved on my computer with an order number...its kinda odd but i ordered another one over the phone and it should be here on friday...hopefully i dont get billed twicehinking.gif

Get a fax number and send them a copy of your first order, or scan it in and then e-mail them again
