Ok, I'm building my first one. I've seen three types of bolts: Standard, Chrome and Tin. Tin seems to be priced the highest. Is it that much better? Do I need chrome or is it just cool to have? Standard- What's the down side?

Just looking for some learning on the subject.

my workplace has a lock on outside websites but i guess its a good thing since i probably wouldnt get no work done otherwise.
