Colt lightweight barrel in a BM A1 upper. Rifle zeroed at 50 and this is where the windage ended up. Is this within the acceptable range or should I pull it apart and do the file one side operation? What say you?

A top down view would have been more help in gauging the distance from the sides, but from what I can see, you are fine.

in truth, as long as it shoots where you aim, you are good to go.

Good point, I"m not sure.   12 clicks on an A2 is almost 1/2 way, FWIW

Like I said, it's zeroed, you don't change it, I'd leave it.

You can probably get it straighter just by retorquing.   Basically, grab the front sight an put some pressure, go past w/the barrel nut, then come back a little.  It doesnt' take much to take 10 clicks or so out.
