I want to put a free float front handguard on my AR.  As I understand from the post "Assemble your own LOWER, UPPER, FREE FLOAT, TRIGGER, GAS BLOCK - Step by step instructions!" when I put on the barrel nut from my free float tube I do not need the things from inside the delta ring assembly (weld spring and c-ring).  SO should I just put on the barrel nut and tighten it and line up the holes?  Thanks

That's correct...  The delta ring and its components will not be used on the FF tube.  Make sure you use a good wrench when tightening up the barrel nut, though.

Yeah, get the armor's wrench from Bushy or DPMS.
You can get one here:

The FF wrenches are junk, weak pins that break off.

Should be.

30#, then next notch if not already lined up.
