| I bought a LMT upper for the Mega lower I assembled. The front pin did not want to go in! The pin goes in the lower fine, the upper go's on my buddies lower fine, but on mine I really had to wack on it with a rubber mallet to get it all the way in! It opens and pivots fine and the upper and lower fits tight and smooth soI've left it in. Could the pin itsself be out of spec. ?? I would like to be able to take it apart eazily. Any tips?? |
Yep, it could.
1. Shoot it for a while.... it might loosen up a bit in time. 2. If it doesnt, replace the pin.... but if the pin snaps back and forth easily without an upper assembled.... then it is likely either a spec issue with the upper or lower. Since the upper fits fine on a different lower, I suspect the lower. |
