I just built two DPMS lowers with DPMS LPKs and RRA Match triggers. In my other Eagle Arms lowers, the slightly oversized pins in the RRA kits fit very tight in the lowers and had to be lightly tapped in, but in the DPMS lowers, the pins are loose and could slide right out if the hammer spring wasn't holding them in.

Is this something I should be concerned about? Will the loose pins wear the holes in the lower over time?

Pick up a set of KNS anti-rotation pins if you are concerned about the FCG holes enlarging.

Not only that, but KNS makes standard pins that are .1555" in stainless steel that are absolutely marvelous in larger-than-average pin holes.  You can get them from Brownells
