I would like to know is there a guide on this web site like the lower reciver assembly but for the uper.

I mean the bolt not the barrel. I just want to know how to put the bolt and the chargeing handle to gether.

I've got one partially written up, but it isn't hosted yet. The military manuals should show you pretty clearly if you want to download them.

The manuals will show you. If you want a good book for putting together an AR, check out "The AR-15 Complete Assembly Guide" by Walt Kuleck with Clint McKee. Good photos and instruction, plus it gives solutions to common problems.
