I plan on building an AR in 300 whisper and have a few questions. The lower will be an 80% forging the upper will be purchased complete. Question one is should I purchase the upper with a threaded barrel? Are there legal issues involved? As finances permit I plan on submitting the required paperwork and purchasing a Gem-Tec suppressor for this toy. Question two does anyone out there have any suggestions regarding the maker of my upper, I was considering Model One. I would appreciate any and all advice. (today I mailed the paperwork required to build my own suppressor for my .22lr.) any idea on how long a wait I will have to endure?

Del Ton, I have kits from the "other M" sales and parts, the Del ton Kit I got last week is awsome, prolly wear off but the service I recieved was great the product was good, and it goes bang which is the best thing of all.
