I bought a Stag stipped lower and then bought a RRA 2 stage trigger and all the rest of the parts.
Heres the problem. The RRA 2 stage has a note "trigger pin holes must be .156 diameter" Well guess what my Stag lower pin holes are .150 Dia I looked in a cross ref book and .1563 is a 5/32
drill bit. Do you think I should re-drill the holes to acommidate the RRA trigger assy. I do have a drill press and can probally get the lower level enough to drill all 4 holes. I would like to drill one side all the way through to the other but if Im off just a hair I just destroyed a new lower. Or I could do one at a time. I thought theses  were mil standard WTF!
Also do you think .0003 would make any Differance.  I should of just waited and bought a RRA stripped lower but they are hard to come by.
   What would you do.

LPKs are cheap get a new one.  I got DPMS LPK and my pins fit fine in my Stag lower.  Should be able to get Stag LPK.

Shok

I put a RRA two stage into my Stag lower with no fit issues.  The pins went in just fine.  After install, everything functions as it should as well.

my advice...
pins are cheap and don't require an FFL to get new ones.
lowers are not cheap and require FFL involvement to get new ones.
don't screw up your receiver.

i was in the same situation as you, albeit with a different trigger assy.  pins would have deformed the lower when hammered in.  what did i do?  i emery'd the pins until they fit properly (tight, but not so tight).  see pics and explanation about 1/3 of the way down this page:

hope that helps some.

Rule of thumb:  Always modify the cheapest part first.

While standard pins are .154, that RRA pin set that comes with their 2 stage trigger measure more than .1555.  That I know because I bought KNS oversized stainless steel pins (super nice pins) that measure .1555 (exactly as advertised) and they fit my Bushmaster lowers just perfectly -- snug insertion with fingers, no play but no forcing either.

Those RRA pins wouldn't go in at all using fingers, and I refused to hammer them in with tools, or ream the holes larger.

As you know, RRA states in the instructions that the oversized pins must be used.  So after considering the situation, and knowing that the RRA 2-stage has received luke-warm reviews here regarding longevity and reliability, I decided to return the trigger.

There are many other triggers out there that don't make the kind of demands RRA does.

If you still want that trigger, try the KNS oversized pins.  They are awesome.  Brownells sells them.

Best to you.

ETA: DON'T DRILL YOUR LOWER!

Don't drill your lower !
I installed a RRA two stage trigger and used the standard LPK pins. It worked just fine.
Consider doing the same.
