Is building a 6.5 Grendel upper any different than a 5.56 upper. I have done some reading about the cartridge and I think this is the way I want to go. I am no rich man by any stretch and I find it easier to buy the parts over time. That is how I did my last 3 uppers and it worked out very well. Is the upper the same as a 5.56. Where could I get barrels and bolts from. Thanks eagle308us

Been down this road. None of the Grendel licensed vendors/builders that sell Grendel uppers will sell just the barrel and bolt. I tried. I asked everybody I could think of, including the people at Alexander Arms. No luck. Hope yours is better, because that means my luck would have changed for the better. |
