I've managed to find all the other parts I need, but no one seems to carry this piece or they want a pretty penny for it...

I got an email back from Amber at Rock RIver Arms, and she told me that they do sell pieces for their stocks individually. They are not on the web site, and you have to call, but the stuff is in stock.
