I just put a build together. Mega lower and J&T kit. I inspected everything. Looks good except in the barrel. I have a burr at the gas tube. I assume that it will be taken car of with the first few rounds. Am I right on this. Or do I need to try to get the bur out some other way?

Is there a burr in the barrel itself, where it is drilled for the the gas port?  If so run a brass brush through the barrel a few times to try and clean it out.  With the upper off maybe blow some compress air through the gas tube and barrel also, to get any other crud out before you shoot it.

Yep, like a bur from drilling. I already have it slopped up with CLP. I was going to use a brush anyways to make sure its clean.
