I had to send my M1S upper back because the FSB was canted a little. I had it back in my hands a week after they received it. The FSB is fixed and the upper wasn't scratched or damaged. On top of the friendly service and good work they sent me the following goodies as a sorry it wasn't right the first time gift: (3) .223 cleaning brushes (3) Green followers (1) Magpul (1) accu-wedge.
