Alright guys i dont know which arms to go with Im building another M4gery as soon as i move out for college and i dont know which one to go with.. It's going to be 16 inch barrel with phantom flash supressor and it's gonna have an ACOG with an ARMS 19 throw lever mount as well as ARMS #40 back up sight and a vertical foregrip, but i have no clue which ARMS rail system should i go with for this? *this is for the rail system, not for the throw lever mount* sorry forgot to specify |

The ARMS 50C is the bilevel (the rail on top of the receiver is highter than the rail over the barrel) rail system. It is for the A3 flat top. No gunsmithing. It requires the ARMS #40 rear flip up sight and a 0.040 front sight to compensate for the height of the rail. The ARMS 50C is about $350-400 The ARMS #40 is about $100 The front sight post is $4.95 The ARMS 51C is for the A1 or A2 The ARMS 45C is all the same level. Same height as the rail over the upper receiver. For the flat top The ARMS 45M is the same as the 45C except it requires the removal of the delta ring. M is for military. Also only fits on the A3 flat top I looked into this. I currently have a PWA pre ban lower with a Bushy M4 upper. I also have the Knights rail system, Knights 600meter flip up rear, Knights vert-grip, Trijicon ACOG NSN. I am looking to build another rifle using all ARMS accessories and with an EOTECH or ELCAN opitcal sight. |

I have the #46C Slimline SIR, 22M68 Throw Lever Ring for the Aimpoint, ARMS #40 BUIS. I love ARMS stuff. I mounted a Tango Down vert. grip on the SIR but I had to modify the TD grip to fit. It's a tight fit and I have had ZERO problems with all items mentioned. |
