Yes, they will.

The stock itself fits onto the receiver extension (aka "buffer tube") and the screw going through the top of the buttplate is what holds it on.

If you get an A1 stock, you will need your receiver extension, the stock, and an A1 stock screw. If you get an A2 stock, you will need your receiver extension, the stock, the A2 stock spacer, and the longer A2 stock screw. If your rifle already has a fixed stock, you probably already have the spacer and long screw (you can remove the stock and tap the small end on the floor to see if you get a spacer out, sometimes they get stuck).

A2s are 5/8" longer than A1s, hence the spacer and screw length difference.

Since they have no hardware, you can either use your existing hardware, or get new/used parts to complete it. What you describe is the stripped stock "shell". To complete a stripped stock you will also need a buttplate (various kinds available), sling loop, and lower stock screw.

All of the above assumes your gun already has a fixed stock, and not a collapsible. If it currently has a collapsible, you will ALSO need to get the standard receiver extension, spring, and buffer.
