Do any of you guys know of any "legal problems" with building a "carbine" from a lower "registered" as a pistol? I picked it up intending to build a 10.5 AR pistol in 9mm but I'm having trouble finding a bbl to build an upper. I've already got all the other parts and I'm applying to "SBR" two of my receivers.
