I aquired a 16" ar barrel with a pinned flashider. What is the correct way to remove without damage to the barrel or threads etc. Is there a better way than carefully grinding with dremmel and twisting off? All suggestions welcome. Regards

I would chuck it up in a lathe and slowly take material off the brake until you can positively locate the pins, then drill out the pins.
