[ARCHIVED THREAD] - flash suppressor question

Do the old three prong flash suppressors need a special tool to put them on the barrel? I have one of the multi tools already.

Does anyone know who sells this tool? I've looked on a number of different sites and the newer square tool does not have the same cut out.
