Just curious what the advantage to H-Buffers in a M-4 style carbine is? Are they worth the extra dollars?

heavy buffer is designed to reduce the rate of fire when fired fully automatically. I don't know if it has any benefits in a semi auto carbine.

14.5" need H buffer, 16" use standard.
