     These are my HK SL-8's and a USC45 that I did a Rite Dye job on. Took completely apart and put into a big 20 gal bucket on the stove. Kept the water to just under a boil for about 12-18 hrs. The spacers are still grey they do not take the dye. The top SL-8 is stock with a G-3 hand guard and bipod also the carry handle with a scope and a dot above that. The Bipod is a POS......IMHO. The scope works great and is clear. The dot is also OK. The other SL-8 with a Aimpoint is the AR15 Conversion The USC45 is also stock except I did the slot cuts to the forearm 2 on the side one on the bottom I have an extra SL-8 forearm which I am going to try and put some vent holes on. Don't know if I will do like the G-3 or do my own design. |
