If I was to get a 7.62x39 upper what mags would I use. I know that some guys use the 223 mags but I tried it with 5 different types mags I have and it looked like it would suck, 7-8 rounds and it looked like there would be alot of FTF with this set up. Did Colt ever make hi-cap mags for their set-up and if they did are they avaible any where at any price. Does anyone make a 10 round quality mag that would feed.

AK mags work best...but you have to get the AR-47 lower.

USA mags supposedly work. the "ak47" apparently requires modificatin to the bolt/carrier also. I'd wait til Sept and see if someone starts mass producing quality 7.62x39 magazines.

Don't you have a rLL, or is it a DIAS you have?  Either way, how does that run in full auto?

Have both, but run the DIAS.

Runs great...I've put an AK style brake on it and it's loud as hell.  Nice fireball....

I did have some growing pains with a bad barrel (incorrect headspacing...cost me a new barrel), blew a few extractors, etc.

I'll get some good video this weekend.
