Two questions:

1) Where is the best source for RRA lower receivers?  I see that ADCO is selling them for $110.  Is this typical?

2) How difficult would it be to replace the front sight assembly on the barrel?  I couldn't find any procedures here...do they exist anywhere?

Thanks.

Eaglefirearms.net has Stag lowers for $89 shipped.  Stag is identical to RRA from what I've heard.

RB Precision has them for $95. (I know it's anal but I'd spend the extra $6 on this over the Stag lowers simply because of how ugly Stag's logo is)

Typical for them? Don't know? Typical in general? No, typical price these days for a strpped RRA lower is $99

Depends on a number of factors including make of the barrel and the age\condition of that barrel. If you are removing a typical FSB and don't plan to re-use it then it's no big deal at all because if you run into too many problems removing it, you can always just cut it off.

Good luck
