[ARCHIVED THREAD] - L.A.R. upper receiver

...with minor cosmetic blemish on ebay. I am slowly buying parts for my first build (slowly so keep the peace with the wife) and am wondering if these are ok? I just want something to make my mistakes on but would like something shootable, assuming I don't screw it up.

They are excellent quality and you will find that the "minor blemish" is so minor, it's really a joke to even call it that. You'll make out like a bandit.

p3spanky...Copy That...Dave will do ya 100%. The LAR upper rcvr's have always been top-notch...not one single corner cut on manufacture and/or quality control. I have several "key-hole" uppers from LAR & they're all purrrfect. All Good...Bud

For the price I will buy another for my next build.

Yes, I would give very positive feedback to Dave for selling LAR uppers at eBay.

I got an A2 upper from Dave last month. The "comestic blemish" is too minor to see. You can never beat the price.

Excellent upper, indeed.
