I read on another thread that Eagle Arms is having a problem with the ears on the front pivot pin hole.  What is that all about?  I was looking at mine and see that the pivot pin is at about a 5 degree angle.  Is that from the hole being misaligned? I was puzzled since my other receiver has the flat part of the pin straight up and down.  Any other ideas about what would cause the pin to be turned.  It's not that big of deal except that when I reassemble and push the pin in, it sometimes nicks the corner of the receiver.

Return the lower to ArmaLite for replacement.  One of the lowers I recently returned was drilled worse than what you're describing... Send them the lower and a note informing them of the problem and request a replacement.  ArmaLite can legally return a replacement lower with a different serial number directly to you...
