The hammer in my lower parts kit seems to have a slight bend in it. If you look at it from the front the hammer face looks like it curves slightly to the right. Is this normal? I don't have a camera available or I would post a picture. Thanks!

Nope, it should be straight up and down.

On 1 of my CAR, the hammer is bent too. I got the hammer from a kit. It works fine but it sucks when I see it during cleaning. Where did you get the kit?
