Yeah, my uncle has one in his varmint lower that I have borrowed right now.  I have never shot it, but I have dry fired it a bunch.  It is awesome.  The standard trigger(non-set) is about 4.5-5lbs from my trigger finger scale.  The Set trigger which is activated by pushing forward the safety like you were wanting to go into AUTO, is probably less than a pound.  Definately under 1.5 pounds.

Both ways are very smooth and have no slack.  A strong thought breaks the set trigger.  All of this has no reduction in hammer energy and no screw that can come loose.  Very reliable.  i am getting one on my AR that I am building up right now.

*edit*  Oh yeah, he took it out west and shoot p-dogs with it, and probably used the set part 90% of the time, so it is reliable.  Hundreds and sometimes over a thousand rounds a day.
