The best place would be to go to the Equipment Exchange forums. A lot of guys (myself included) will buy a flattop which comes with the carry handle, and sell the handle to help pay for a BUIS.

Do not but a Leapers/Leepers/Tapco/Cheaper than Dirt made-in-china model. I got one for a project, and it isn't worth the time.
