[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Installing front pivot push pin...how difficult?

How hard is it to install the front pivot push pin in a Colt preban 6551 Sporter model? This one was factory drilled for the front push pin, however if this wasn't the case, who would you recommend to drill the front pivot to accept the push pin?
