I noticed that Something Shakes inside the Buffer , if you Shake the Buffer up and down you will hear something sliding back and forth in the Buffer, is this Normal?

Its the spring. If you don't like it, get a pneumatic buffer from Olympic Arms.

Combat Jack Are you sure its the spring? Because if i hold the Buffer in my Hand without the spring and shake the Buffer i hear something shaking in the Buffer.

Then its not the spring, something might be broken. Or there could be something in your stock.

Out of the 5 buffers that I have they all do this. I'm thinking that it is normal. But I could be wrong [;)]

The buffer has tungston steel disc/rubber discs that are inside the buffer.  
The weights act like a dead blow hammer when the bolt closes and keeps the buffer/carrier from bouncing out of battery when the bolt closes.
