Where does one find leads for the aforementioned subject item? I have a 6P, but it is a bit more recent than the early 90s timeframe.

Just keep watching places like eBay and CPF for older lights. It may help to search for "Laser Products" as well as Surefire and Sure Fire, as that was the original name of the company.
