I have a M951 and want to upgrade to one of the rail mount pressure switch/constant on switches they have now.  I see there are several different models, SR02, SR05, SR07.  Are the only differences the length of wire?

Of the ones you listed (SR series) the answer to your question is yes. Length of wire is the only difference.

Will they work with the 951?

Checking Surefire's website will help you more than I can. It lists what works with what, and you can find the parts you need (if they still make them) to make it work. I don't have or ever seen a 951 just the scout series, so I do not know what end you have (hence the Surefire website). But if you have a socket end cap, then yes it SHOULD work per Surefire.

Any of those will work with the M951, I have a SR07 on my M951 right now.

I run SR05's on everything.  7" seems like too much cord for my needs

Perfect I think I'll go with the 5 as I had a 7 a while back and it was a lot of extra wire.
